- Price
Paid plan (renews automatically every month): the price shown on the purchase screen of your app store. In Japan it is JPY 480 per month, tax included.
The free plan is free. You get 10 credits on the 1st of each month (Japan time), which do not carry over. By completing the in-app gifts, you can receive up to 40 credits more in total; gift credits can be used until the 90th day (Japan time) after the day you receive them. The free plan is an amount meant for trying the Service.
- Other charges
You pay any internet connection charges for downloading and using the app.
- Payment method
In-app purchase on Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS), charged to the payment method registered with that store.
- Payment timing
You are charged when you complete the purchase, and then at each monthly renewal until you cancel, as set by the store.
- Delivery
Available immediately after the purchase is complete.
- Cancellation
Cancel in the store's subscription settings. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one. After you cancel, you can use the paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
Deleting your account or the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Returns and refunds
Because this is a digital service, purchases cannot be returned. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from (Google Play or the App Store) under its refund policy. We do not issue refunds individually.
- Requirements
Android 7.0 or later; iOS or iPadOS 15.0 or later. An internet connection is required.
